Hello! The new EP "The Wayside" is finally finished and now available here. So far it is in rotation at KSDT and KALX, and the track "The Line" was a Daily Download on ShortandSweetNYC. Hey there, I recently discovered something called NEW! Radio that Triple A stations have set up, allowing unsigned artists to create a profile and load some music.  I set one up on the KBCO site the other day and have gotten a few plays.  Check it out here:

Only news for now is that we are going to start working on recording again, which will be great since we have so many songs we're playing live and just the one EP. Looks like we'll be working with Mike Rodriguez, formerly of Como Osos and many other projects. We'll keep you posted.

Hello! Just a quick note to say we are playing at The Derby this coming Tuesday, Nov 11th, at 8:30pm. Come say hi! We have a possible date at Crane's in December and another possible date at Pehrspace in February, so please keep an eye on our show dates. It's been a little quiet around here lately because we've been working on new songs, and adding some elements to the old ones. Ted's Coffeehouse on WGMU Radio is supposedly playing the EP so tune in if you get a chance, Thursdays from 2-4pm (Pacific), and see if you can catch it. We do have two new shows to announce in advance, at a couple of coffee houses (in keeping with the theme?), so we're looking forward to that. Thanks to everyone who came out to the CD release show on Monday! It was the first show with our new bassist Jesse and it was pretty fun. Stephanie sounded great too, and her help was appreciated on "Sweet Dreams", our Patsy Cline cover. Sorry this is so short, but I'm watching The Office...

New pictures up from the Crane's show on the 7th! Thanks to everyone who came out. The EP copies have been ordered so we're excited to have actual cds at the next show. Meanwhile we are auditioning bassists, but we have acquired Alex, a rhino-shaped shaker, who sometimes joins in on certain songs. (Not necessarily in time with everyone else. Oh well.)

Hey folks, the EP is all done and up for sale on Snocap here and . It's only $4 so be kind and buy a copy! The artwork for the physical copies is still being done by a friend, but hopefully we will have some to sell at shows soon. In other news, we now have two guitarists, Steven Kim and Andy Kaufman. And we have two new shows coming up: 10/21 @ The Lost Souls Cafe and 11/7 @ Crane's Tavern! Check Shows for more info. Here's a flyer for the 21st:

So we are almost done with the EP now. Working on a track order at the moment, but the songs are Lanterns, Dots, Spinning, Sweetheart and Flight Paths. Then we're gonna get 'em mastered (I know a guy who knows a guy), so give us a little more time and it will all be done. In the meantime, I am looking for more musicians to have a full band for the next show. (Or as close to one as possible.) Happy early 4th!

Hello! Lots of stuff going on... Working on recording a 5-song EP with Hunter Curra, who has been enlisting me and Stephanie to sing backups for his magical Flying Tour Billon project. It's fun! We start on the EP tomorrow (finishing Dots). I'm all excited again! We also have a new song called Burning Quiet, which should be on the EP, along with Dots, Lanterns, Spinning, Flight Paths, and either False Start or Sweetheart. Taking votes on that last one...
